Richter Padraic D'Arque is an antagonist in Dissidia Calamitas Infinita, originating from Unknown Aspirations. Originally the leader of a second-rate underground crime syndicate, Richter played his cards right and rose to prominence in the criminal world. After amassing enough funds, he began a successful investment firm start-up company, after which he used his influence of to achieve a successful run at the Presidency of Jeld. Once there, he revives the country's space program, which had laid dormant for many years after a horrific accident. He claims his reasons for doing so is to foster peace between the different races of the galaxy, but there yet be another ace up his sleeve. A perfectionist, Richter prefers to lay his plans far in advance and predict the actions of others; if incorrect, he almost always lures them into a backup trap. He always has a Plan B in store.
Appearance[]
Richter's default costume, Commander-in-Chief consists of a dark blue suit with a yellow/gold tie. His first alternate costume, World's Greatest Criminal Mind, consists of a dark gray suit over a light gray vest with a pink and purple cravat, black cowl, and top hat. His second alternate costume, Power Broker, consists of a blue and white pinstriped dress shirt with a white collar, with black suit pants and red suspenders with his hair greased back.

Space Spartan – Relies on powerful weaponry and enhancements.
As a Space Spartan, Richter relies on his expensive weaponry to compensate for his lack of combat knowledge. The exoskeleton he wears underneath his costume increases his overall defense and increases the strength of his normally weak strikes. His primary weapon, the laser cannon, is very much point and shoot: Deals heavy damage when it hits, but it has a long charge time and slows his movement speed to a crawl. His mid-range weapon can be switched to deal with the enemy when they are too close for the laser cannon. Overall, his defense and strength are high, HP is average, and speed and magic are very low.
